VIDEO SYNCHRONIZATION

Video synching is a process whereby the video is digitized and synchronized with an electronic version of the transcript, and then burned onto a CD.  This format enables you to view the transcript and the video on screen at the same time.  There is no software necessary – just place the CD into any computer and the stand-alone player will automatically display and begin to play.

Video synching allows you to find key segments, then create and export clips for use in trial presentation programs like Sanction®, Trial Director® and Powerpoint®. Rather than focus on technology, the focus is on making law firms more successful in their use of video. Your days of endless fast-forwarding and rewinding are over!  You now have the power to perform a keyword search in the transcript and view the corresponding video instantly.

You can make video clips, save them for later use in court, or you can email them to your co-counsel, client, or expert witness.  Again, no special software purchase is required.
